Wage Gap Infographic

Infographic Design | Branding, Copywriting | Fall 2019

I enjoy researching and learning about gender equality in the United States. This led me to create an infographic based on the wage gap. At first, I planned on creating an infographic showing the intensity of the wage gap between males and females, but during my research, found out there is a racial wage gap as well. After completing this infographic, I thought about how many groups of people who are also affected by the wage gap are not shown in this graph. These groups, such as queer and Indigenous populations, are not excluded by choice as there was a lack of information on them.

I Found a Dollar!

To make this infographic noticed, I placed it on the back of a faux dollar. It is intended for someone to pick it up in hopes they have made it rich! Instead, they turn over the dollar to find the infographic and some information about it.
